| Perpetual was named as the trustee of my mother’s estate. After 2 years they have not …..paid all taxes – distributed all assets – did not have my brothers address right for 2 years – not closed companies – not repaid rent that they collected that they should not have – failed to collect expenses from rental properties to the $15,000 – failed to pay fines, that then incurred more fines ,then charge their stuff ups to the estate – kept overdrawn accounts open for years while they compound interest and charges – failed to close subscriptions for long periods – AND MUCH MORE.
