Most pieces were damaged. A 100-year-old daybed had its leg broken in 3 pieces and was badly scraped on its frame. A Louis XIV bed had its hand-carved wooden flowers completely knocked off. I have been trying for more than 8 months to get money to repair the damages. I have not asked for replacement furniture (which here in Aus would cost more than $60,000). I have been fair and reasonable. The repairs are $5,100. Northline says it will pay half but says that Lyle Honess, the boss of Jetta, will not return their phone calls. I will now have to take Jetta to court. Please be aware!
