This would have to be the most disorganized company I have dealt with. They promise you the world before you buy and deliver you an atlas once bought. Promises, promises, promises. One person can let the whole team down.

There is generally two Departments involved in the purchase of a new vehicle. My experience with the Sales Department was superb. Unfortunately though, there was a personality clash with the other Department that they made obvious from very early on. Nothing a blind eye or a short course in Customer Service couldn't fix so I chose to ignore the tension. However, I received an email earlier this morning that has prompted me to write this review. Not many Customers appreciate passive agressive emails containing openly sarcastic apologies from their Suppliers. This is especially true if those emails are received four days after driving away in their shiny new vehicle after enduring a luke-warm experience that they would rather forget. I'd like to make it clear that the reason for the email I recieved today is completely valid. Requesting confirmation of my recent marriage of which I am happy to provide. However, is it reasonable for me to express some surprise that this info was not reconciled during the period of two weeks prior to collecting my new vehicle? I expressed my surprise within my response & asked if I could send on the paperwork tomorrow. From their catty reply, I could surmise that I must've upset this person. So I sought to explain [the reason for my surprise] and resolve the situation. The response I then received made my face go purple. After bashing out another response, I decided to press delete, make myself a cup of tea and write a review here instead. Hopefully somebody sitting high within the Toyota hierachy will see this and hurriedly organise a short course on "How to respectfully liaise with customers despite what you may think about them" in a vain attempt to salvage future sales at this particular Dealership. As it stands, three years from now when the Warranty runs out and I'm due for a trade-in I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope you do too.
