We have nothing good to say about this business, now trading as European Timber Floors since the Timber Floors International business became insolvent in 2011. A team of unprofessional and incompetent staff that only care about being paid. Every time we look at our timber floor all we feel is complete and utter dismay and disgust at the sub-standard work. Fransisco did not finish our floors to industry standards. If you value a quality finish completed to the correct industry standards, steer clear of this mob and do your research before employing anyone else to do so. We would not recommend them to sand and finish a floor in a shearing shed, let alone anyone's home.
